- Accuracy of Info: You are responsible for providing accurate customization details (themes, colors). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided during the checkout process.
3. Purchases & Payment
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a specific bundle theme at any time.
- Payment: We use secure third-party processors like Shopify Payments or PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS or UPS) or for items stolen after confirmed delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
As stated in our No Returns Policy, all sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. Exceptions are only made for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, provided we are notified within 48 hours.
