Order Processing & Production
Because each bundle is uniquely customized with your chosen colors, themes, and handmade jewelry, they require a touch of "creation time" before they are ready to fly to your doorstep.
- Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to curate and hand-assemble your bundle.
- High-Volume Periods: During holidays or special collection launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Business Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Times (United States)
Once your order has been carefully packaged, it will be handed over to our carriers USPS .
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the ship date.
Tracking Your Trove
As soon as your bundle is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your journal's journey in real-time.
